Id 1700

Hi Guys,

I've searched but cant find anyone who has shared their ID 1700 injector scaling/latency/pulse width etc?

Anyone have those settings in ECU flash they are willing to share?

I can share mine that I used for my Evo 10 when I get back to my tuning laptop. You need to lower minimum IPW as well or they will idle rich as hell.

I'm still dialing them in. Also, you need to modify the Injector flow linearization table. I used the data that ID has on their website under GM EFI Live calibration tables as a good start. (Thanks to MrFred for the tip!)

The Evo ECUs don't allow negative values in this table so you just zero out the bits that show negative on the graph.

Thank you

I have 0 experience tuning. Was hoping to get enough in there to at least get a first engine start going and some oil pressure. Looking for someone who runs these injectors to share their tables for me to copy until I can get a pro tune done/drive the car to the shop. Else gotta rent a trailer

But I'm still a ways off from getting to that point, just trying to get my ducks in a row.

Here you go, pump gas scaling hasn't been verified yet but usually 30% of the E85 scaling is pretty darn close.

Who is tuning the car? Any tuner worth their salt should be able to give you a good base map. And then you can datalog and get updates from there until you bring it in for final dyno tune.

Devin from boostin will. But he mentioned he didnt have a base map for ID1700s. Also because I'm putting the car together in my garage, I'd like to get an initial start done here before I bring it in so I can sort out any gremlins prior and not waste any time.

Hmm, Aaron at ER was able to send me a pretty good base map for my FIC 1650's, and my Evo was the first one he had tuned with them. 1 short drive (around the block, 3 datalogs of going through the gears up to 50-55mph) and one ROM revision from those logs and the car was 100% driveable, no lean spots, no hesitating. And then we were doing pulls on the 4th revision..

Im goin there today so will see what he can provide. As I mentioned I'm not ready for tuning or start yet, still lots of stuff to bolt up/finish but I'm trying to be proactive and get everything together prior.

Yeah, it seems like you have the ability to log/flash your car. So emailing rom's and logs back and forth shouldn't really be an issue. Even just logging a cold start and idling up to temp will give him a good idea of where its at for fueling.

Seems a bit high on pump. Is your MAF scaled big or something?
