Question High load figures, is this normal?

So my car is basically a stock 2003 evo viii GSR, exhaust and an intake only
the map has upto 260 load, but logs show upto 340 load,

Now I know I can rescale the load values on the map or use tephras big map,
But is it normal for a near stock car to have 340 load??
PS: I am running a hallman mbc at 23psi

Are running MAF or MAP? It's likely a boost leak.

What load parameter are you logging 1byte, 2byte?
Are you using the stock MAF housing?

Boost leak...

maf is showing 340 load and if the boost gauge is tapped from the intake manifold and is only showing 23 psi then definitely it’s a boost leak.

Update

Did a boost leak test, found some boost leaks, fixed all of them, car holds boost properly, but logging still brings high load figures, whether using 1b or 2b

still need help

Can you post a copy of your XML
What kind of fuel are using? Timing numbers are low! Load readings don't look right, they are either too high or too low. Must be a definition issue.
