Hello All,
i try to retard timing -25 degree on load 0 to 40 at 3500 up rpm , but still no pop or bang from my exhaust,such the ignition won't retard, i change the ignition maps at all maps, high octane map 1 to map 4, what's the problem? , my rom 89280002. jdm evo ix gsr

I'm using Rom 9653076 for the Evo 8 and i had to add somthing like this" arduint16" units="MAX Retard Degrees" toexpr="(x-203)*0.333+10" frexpr="(x-203)*0.333+10" format="%0f" min="0" max="65535" inc="1" storagetype="uint16" endian="big"/>" in TephraMOD v.7 and under limits you can select "Ignition Retard Limit #1 and #2" but I think I had to add the setting to the xml.
