Question regarding injector scaling relating fuel table values
Greetings!
Just started fiddeling with the tune in my evo 8 i bought blown up a few years ago, built a new motor for it etcetc...
Thought i would go over the tune before i started beating on it too see if it was a bad tune that blew it up for the previous owner, and indeed it was haha.
What i wonder is how/if the injector scaling is related in any way to the fuel table?
Im still on my stock injectors and i´ve had to set the scaling to 496 to get my trims right?
The wierd thing is that it seems that no matter how rich i make my fuel map i can´t really seem to get it running richer than 13AFR
And my IDC% will not go over 30-40%
My fuel pressure is good, and i´ve got a Walbro 255pump.
What do you guys think?
Clogged injectors?

yes the ecu uses the injector scaling to calculate the pulse width so changing the scaling will effect the entire fuel map.

Parts list needed: Turbo, Intake, Exhaust, Also size on displacement, with these things, I can maybe help point you in the direction... Im with Merlin, most likely, set the injectors back to 513 scaling, and then stock latencies, and then play with MAF Adder at idle and cruise to get trims in line, then you will have to start adding more MAF Adder in the boost frequencies to get fueling where you need.
