Too lazy to pop off the DV but it hold vac and boost just fine. Tightened up a few clamps and will test again.

Gremlins for sure. Tested again and same issue. Here is my boost map 1-3 gear. I turned the boost down a hair to see if it helped. It didn't.

Alright, since I now know this isnt a ecu, tune or solenoid issue, I am going to end the thread and start another one in the right section. Thanks for everyones help up to this point!
