Wastegate settung's issue
Hi,
I am currently tuning my 2004 Evo 8 MR via Ecuflash, but I received very strange WGDC Log Parameters from Evoscan. The WGDC Correction stays always 63.5 no mater what value I enter in the table.
I am using 3port Pierburg BCS(I have changed the solenoid with brand new but there is no improvement). It makes 15PSI pick and holds 10PSI.
Below are the logs and values, these were made with manual boost controller at 25psi pick, down to 20psi until redline.
I will be thankful for any advice.

im no tuner.. .but since no one else is chiming in... lol..
your waste gate duty table looks way low to me.
that map looks like it would got to about 15 and the back to 10 (spring)... just like you say its doing.
i would set it to 50 from 2500rpm all the way up and then see what it does.

tune the wgdc table SLOWLY.
i suggest you read a little but so you gain a better understanding of what your doing and WHY.
go to this link, bookmark it,and scroll down to boost control. thats where you will see how the ecu controls boost.

HI GrumpyIX,
i am still logging in Evoscan WGDC Correction as 63.5 but I have setted up the Wastegate DC table. I am not using boost by gear and the evoscan records this duty cycle values. My car is following the Max Wastegate Duty #2/1 with 22psi pick down to 20psi, see below:
