PASSED NJ inspection.

thanks to the ECU GURU's and the new ''force pass'' feature. i also have the HKS F-CON unit mated to the stock ecu. today i went to inspection and it passed with no issues. the computer showed everything as ''complete/ready'' and a sticker was slapped on the windshield. ill be back in 2 more years.

again thanks guys.

p.s. do not ask me where i went. it was private and thats that.

i passed state inspection with test-pipe, they lifted my car and kept looking at the exhaust and were so confused why there was no codes. Plus they stalled the car like 5x and made me drive it out.

NJ inspection is a joke now. As long as you pass emissions and have no codes, you win!

dan..u have full TBE?...i went to a local inspection place where guy has an evo so i would pass...i thought you wont pass on exhaust but i was not about to locate a stocker to swap

Most shops in NJ won't actually sniffer test AWD cars as that would require AWD roller most just have 2wd.

So most times they'll just hook up their scanned and as long as all test are ready and it has no code it'll pass on through

...i will try to pass when i go back in may...i spent 75 bucks to pass...thought i'd have issues and i dont like to do things twice(irony....past post)

OBD-2 cars do not get a sniffer. only the plug in test for scanning ecu for codes.
