Need Help: ECU defaulting to low octane maps?

So here is the issue:

Went to Road Atlanta this weekend with everything running good. Did some test pulls on the highway while traveling there to test my newly installed wideband and boost gauge. It ran what it was supposed to 11.7afr @ redline and 23psi peak holding roughly 20psi @ 7k. Get to the track and fill up with 93 at a local station (3/4 tank worth and same one I used in March my last trip there). First session out on Saturday and the afr's are hitting 10.9 in 3rd gear, 10.0 in 4th, and pegging it in 5th.

So.... talk to the shoped that tuned the car, since they were there also, thinking I got a bad tank of gas, drove it down to 1/2 tank and filled it with 98. I also unhooked my negative terminal to reset everything. Still not solving the problem so I parked it for the weekend.

Was able to go out this morning and log a pull prior to going to work. I will post a screenshot as well as upload the log file when I get home, but here is some info that was on it.

0 counts of knock through entire pull
octane read 100 through the entire pull

Any thoughts as to what is going on and why it is defaulting to the low octane maps? Incase this has anything to do with it my ROMID is 94170014.

Thank you for any and all help!

Here is a screen shot JDavenport did for me in helping to compare the maps. Also a graph of the log. Any ideas anyone?
