Locked ECU---Help Me

So, I purchased my 08 about three weeks ago. Went to Cobb to purchase an Access Port and maybe get some work done. Come to find out, the ECU is locked. Anyone have any suggestions. I'm new to the EVO world.

just use ecuflash to tune, do a search for unlocker on here
