renting out a renault r26r cost a little over a grand for 6 laps oh well it will be fun

It's going to be one of the best experiences of your life, I'd bet. Many people will never have such an opportunity. Good on you for making it happen.

First time I went around the Ring was with a buddy of mine who was also an instructor with about 1200+ laps under his belt. The only thing I remember about my first lap was his voice saying "brake - hard - harder - turn - apex -accelerate - blind curve - brake - harder!!" the entire time! The rest of the entire lap was a complete blur. Then I went out and did it again!

You're gonna have a blast. Gonna try to make it out both Saturday and Sunday. Might do a few laps if its not super crowded.

well i could use a instructor. if u wanna hop in the passenger and teach me a thing or 2 please talk to the asian guy in a renault r26r

whats happening saturday by the way? i have booked a hotel for saturday night but i dont plan on getting there until later

Saturday, I believe the Ring is open for 1 hour of Tourist racing from 530-630pm. Sunday should be most of the day but the weather is kinda looky ****ty right now. Hopefully it'll change. Sunday it'll open at 8am, close at 2pm then reopen in the evening for the last session of the day.

Here's a good video that shows the booth to buy your tickets, the parking area, and track etiquette:
