FQ300 specs
 

Does anyone have any information on the Evo 8 FQ ? I have been told that it may push 320bhp depending on how well they can manipulate the exhaust air flow. I have one ordered but I don't know what I'm getting. Please help if you can

Hi I am awaiting delivery also for my fq8.

against the gsr I know on the fq you get the following:

300bhp 300 lbs :D

hks front pipe and DP (super dragger)

hks panal filter green

zenons

hks intercooler pipes,

the ecu upgrade come out in sep for 330+ bhp etc around the 1k mark so I am told. :thumbup:

what you getting? and when? could hook up as I live in London also :)

I was going to get an Evo 8 but i had to settle for a 4 month old Evo7.
I one im getting is a FQ300 which is 305Bhp. Your Evo 8 will have a bigger turbo which if im right in saying will give you better torque.
I will be picking up my Evo 7 next week after they fit the tracker to it.
By the way, how much is your insurance? Im 33 with 6 year no claims and ive been quoted £1190 with £275 excess.
How much are you both paying?
I’m off now maybe we can have a blast around the M25.

Looks like we may have the same insurance co..Liverpool Victoria.

£1.2k ex 350... covers me for biz also no need for tracker but I am putting one in anyway. I am 31 dam good deal everywhere else they wanted almost 2k!

Me thinks you got a good deal on it.

My Evo 7 is a sexy Red and looks really good and goes like a bat out of hell....... :headbang:

In the end just before i picked the car up i got a better insurance quote from www.norwichuniondirect.co.uk

I now pay £980 with £500 excess which no one else could beat.

Im really from Southend in Essex whick isnt far from London.

Hi everyone, first post this after finding this forum. i was just browsing about the posts minding my own business and saw you talking about insurance. i own a evo 7 fq300, bought recently, and have to pay £1400 with norwich union. i dont have to have a traker though. im 37 and live in east london/essex.
its good to see some people who live nearby on hear, no doutb i'll post again soon.

p.s. do you know of any meetings in the london/essex area.
