LHD Evo Owners - I'm looking for some help!

Please see this thread for background:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...us-owners.html

Essentially I'm looking for someone who has access to a parts car, or people parting out LHD Evos (RHD will not work for this), who would be willing to help me acquire some very specific parts.

I'm looking for the metal control rods for the heating and air conditioning system in the automatic climate control Evos. See example:

Attachment 327121

These do not have a part number, they are a part of the control motors, but when part yards sell the control motors they don't want to include the control rods with them.

If you, or anyone you might know, has access to one of these I'm willing to pay a decent amount for what it is. I can probably build my own, but I'm wanting to do this the proper way and that involves finding one of these!

If you can be of any help please let me know! I've messages numerous parts companies in the UK, Sweden, Germany, etc., and have yet to get any response more than "we'll consider looking for it".

Thanks and happy holidays!

Thank you for looking even if you're not able to find anything! :D

Another bump. Still looking for this piece! If the control motors were removed, this is the view looking from the driver side at the airbox (engine would be on the left, seat on the right)

Worse case you can always buy some door lock rod and bend it into shape. Then tap the shaft and thread two nuts on either end where it connects to the mix door.

Yea, I've got a rod that works from an extra HVAC airbox and I actually grabbed my tapping set out of storage, I'm just hoping to "do it proper" if I can...so far no luck
