my .02:

definitely get a fuel pump! saftey first... Injectors, if you dont have an exhaust you should be fine... I have same mods minus the 02, but I have an exhaust, and Im hitting 0ver 100% IDC @ 7000 (ECU controlled boost) just noticed your gonna be using a MBC. I believe you would require less IDC w/ a MBC. but, if your wallet permits, you might wanna get injectors as well. Kinda wish I would have gotten injectors, when I had the $$$.

yeah im not even sure what to do because i was told a fuel pump is pointless without injectors and i dont really want to spend $400 on injectors i will only be running around 23psi

You can get injectors cheaper than $400....it all depends on your IJDC....you have an Evo9 whic doesn't require an upgraded pump for modest mods, now Evo8's should always get an upgraded Walbro255.
Go into some more detail, have you been tuned, etc...cause by adding all thos mods at one time you will need a tune fo-sho...a walbro is less than $100, might be good insurance when you do get a tune, the tuner will have a little room to play with.

No..a fuel pump will give your tuner a little bit of room. You dont need injectors not at this point.
