Very impressive! What wastegate do you have? I had thought about doing a external dump but my wastegate is a preloaded FP 25psi wastegate; so I assume it will only open during spike then close. that would be a funny sound

Also, if people could look at my dyno graphs above and shoot me some ideas on what I can do to help the stock turbo flow more up top, that would be great (I know I'm over the efficiency level so don't recommend a green or red, that will be coming in the future). 416-417hp was very consecutive and won't make anymore. Not even going from 30lbs to 35lbs. I did however gain like 80HP and 100TQ in midrange but nothing up top. I have two things that I’m contemplating. 1st - I'm looking at maybe doing the Magnus Cast Intake Manifold. 2nd - Switching out my 2.5" o2 housing with a true 3" vband to reduce the backpressure from the hotside. lmk what you guys think would help out the top end of this pos stock turbo. The 280 exhaust cam seemed to help out like 15-20hp above 6.5k if you look at my first dyno graph on my post. Thanks for your inputs.

Get a ported intake mani and 65mm TB. Also a ported head would help too.

ya but after paying the labor and the port work I'm almost better off on dropping the money for a Magnus. They are much better than the stock and it gives me room to grow!

thanks! it was a big difference when switching manifolds. I have the forge 18psi, and i would think that your wastegate would stay open during WOT?

Reading this thread just reminded me of how far the evom community has come in the past 3 years. I found an old thread that just had me chuckling....

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/se...ock-turbo.html

"but I am having to assume the tune is aggressive, since the numbers are so far out of the realm of normalcy."
