Yea, something isn't right, a 2.3 with ef4...hmmm. I know buschurs dyno is a heartbreaker but not that much.

I have no idea! Just posting the Dyno chart I got with the car when I bought it. I contacted Nick at Buschur today and should be receiving the E85 chart as well. I have read his dyno is heartbreaker as you said, but I have no idea what the previous owner had in mind for the tune. Obviously pretty conservative, but if my numbers are off I guess that's something I may have to talk to Bushcur about?

i'd start with getting a second opinion from a good tuner. hit up the link in my sig, he'd be more than happy to look it over.

So using the oil line from the filter will be better correct?

That is the consensus from what I have read.

I have a MAP EF4 turbo that I am thinking of getting rebuilt. Two of the fins broke off. The moment it happened, the car was driven off boost for maybe 10mins to get back home where it was parked and the turbo removed.

Would you recommend the rebuild and any recommendations as to who can do it?

I was planning on installing it on my JDM Evo V w/ stock long block, custom upper & lower pipes, 3" IC, tial wastegate & bov, 3" exhaust, stock injectors, MAP Tubular manifold, AEM series 1 ecu and see if I can get it to 350hp???

Have a possibility of getting some HKS 272s but am contemplating holding out and saving for some GSC S2s instead.

map ef4 are twin scroll why ruin a laggy turbo and make it single scroll external waste gate?

An EF4 will make upwards of 600 whp and you will be happier with S2. I would run at least a 3.5" core with this turbo.
