badev0's badass evo 8 on stock block - 1/4 results & dyno inside

This is Scotts evo, its a budget built evo (kind of) that goes fast and in style at that.. this evo is a perfect example of what someone can do and not go broke doing so.

Scotts also an amazing driver also.. hes super consistent, which helps show the vehicles true potential at the track.

After he changed multiple parts, i redid his tune remotely for him, and he netted lower ET's and more consistent mph. Below is the virtual dyno results and some pics and videos. Also the tune has more timing in it, but we didnt wanna stress the rods to much more then it already is at where it is now.

This evo is gorgeous and well built.. Scott built it himself.

Mod list below:

Stock Block
T3 Holset HX40 @ 31-32psi
Full race tubular manifold (replica)
Kelford 272's/factory valve springs

Holy crap this is absolutely amazing. A few questions is this a DD? Would you happen to know compression on motor? How high does he rev it on stock springs/retainers. Seems like a ton of power for all of those stock parts but hey your the professional not me. Congrats on the monster guys!

Thanks for all the nice compliments everyone! I must say, Tom sure knows his stuff. I have probably put over 70+ WOT pulls on this tune without a single hiccup or sight of knock.

Thanks man. It is not a DD anymore, only due to the overly large amount of idiot drivers in general in my area. I would hate for something to happen to it and being paranoid doesn't help I could drive this thing to Cali and back if I wanted

The compression is factory which is 8.8:1. I rev the car to 8000 with confidence, although it has seen 8350 quite a few times but sure does just fine at 8k.
