I will be going with a 76hta on my buschur 2.0L dsm motor. Thanks Dave for all the information provided here. Should be a fun street turbo for sure!

do you, by any chance, have any other results you can post of the hta3076r? its tougher to find numerous results like the hta3586.

My old setup,
2.3 BR motor with first gen. AMS turbo kit, 50trim with .63 A/R precision turbo
HKS 272/272, stock TB and intake manifold
New setup, swapped with HTA 3076 with .82 A/R ATP housing.
some numbers, at 34lbs with intake mani swap to MAP stage 3 and BR tb, everything else is the same including the 272/272 HKS.
Fuel upgraded to ID 1000 and Walbro 400 from BR.
559whp/505wtq on a dynojet
This dyno reads the same as that of AMS which is about 7% higher than BR dyno. This Same car same setup (3076r PT) was dynoed at both places on different day of course.
Tq is dialed down a bit because of my clutch, ACT 6 pucks rated at 650 crank tq.
At 30lbs it was 51x whp/47x wtq compared to the 50trim which made 471/455
on the dynograph it was 50-100rpm slower to spool than the 50trim but the HTA run was started about 200 rpm later. If the run started at the same rpm point I'd bet it would be an identical spool characteristic as the 50 trim.
Slope of the graph is again near identical up to about 4700rpm where the 50 trim and HTA hit about 400whp. Above 4700 rpm the HTA left the 50trim in the dust.
Hoping to push it further to about 38 lbs but is currently limited by the 3.5 bar limit of the AEM. As far as the clutch I think it'll prolly hold another 50-60ft/lbs,
maybe

nice, can you post the dynograph? just want to see how spool compares to cars with the hta3582 or hta3586. im trying to find the best turbo for pump gas (91oct) and be between 500-550whp on a dynojet. right now, it looks like the hta3582 .63 a/r might be my best option for spool and power.

Between your comments and dyno results on it and speaking with Curt this turbo is gonna rock for this setup. I'll have it at the sport compact nationals in a few months as long as everything goes to plan!
