My 2003 EVO8, on E85 Stock Turbo 400+whp

2003 VIII with sunroof

Mods:
Stock Block
Ported Head / IM / EM
HKS 272 i/e with Supertech single valve springs
RC 1200 cc injectors
Single walboro FP
Stock VIII Turbo with 10.5 hotside
Stock wastegate / pre load adjusted
TiTek 02 V1
TBE with test pipe
APS CAI
Weapon R upper/lower pipes
Spearco FMIC
Synapse mini bov
Exedy twin HD
ECU Controlled boost
E85 @ 30 psi peak
V7 ROM
Self Tuned..

3600 lbs. How many occupants did you have in the car with you?

car has full tank of gas, some tools in the back, and a sunroof. I guess it to be 3400lbs plus me 200lbs.

fwiw my ssl with me in, with spare tire and a bag of tools was 3498 and I weigh 160.

Nice numbers. Weight seems a little high, but whats with the super lean AFR?

12.8 - 12.9afr is where my engine happy, especially the EGT.

cause I'm delaying the boost to ramp up to peak boost to keep the rods happy. The car is just too aggressive to drive when it has too much low end power, especially when driving it on the rain..

get it weighted man, you're discrediting yourself big time by representing 3600lb on the forum and claiming the #'s. or rerun it with the extra weight out and use the regular weight.

either way the power is strong.. i recommend you also post your mod list in the opening thread.. it helps others learn what they can do to get to certain power levels.

I will get the car real weight when I get a chance, and I will update this thread..
