It must have been early. I read it as 109mph...

Still driver mod required.

I do agree on the driver mod as far a shifting goes. I've never been a good shifter....But launching on cooper all seasons, on a slippery track equals butt end of car sliding out and having to let out in first lol. I cut some really nice 60' on the red... And a few 1.8's (not good but not terrible) last night early on when there wasn't water everywhere, but missed third gear on both those runs (Still driver mod) lol

But me driving horribly aside, I think it's very clear that the car is tuned well and makes within a reasonable amount of the power claimed.

But thanks for all the comments guys! the nice ones and the not so nice ones. They all have their place and contribute.

@ Tom, it's up to you if you'd like to keep tuning. I'm super happy with the car and it really puts a smile on my face(which is rare). But if you'd like to tinker around with it that's fine!

Stop squinting your eyes trying to read the video and look at the big frickin' picture of the timeslip on his very first post, left column.... You have a read a timeslip before, right?

He went 129mph......

He'll get the shifting down with some practice. You guys need to give this guy a break.

Lol... Agreed.

You can't just throw someone an additional 200+whp and expect faultless runs.
Driving an Evo quick at the strip isn't easy.

Well done again Tom.

I acknowledged that I was wrong as far as what I read. His wording was throwing mr off. I knew something was up with 12.0 1/4 with 560whp
The reason we comment is when something seems off we want to addresss it so the driver is aware.

OP: I will add a thank you for going to the track and sharing your vid and results.

Tough love is still love.

Yeah it's not a big deal, I can see how the wording could have throw someone off... I would have much rather shared a 10.xx but it is what it is, and I ran what I ran... the fact of the matter is hearing "you need the drive mod", will do just as much good as hearing "good job" both attitudes serve a purpose and help me out, and anyone else willing to listen.

But Tom did an excellent job tuning the car, he's going to make a few adjustments. But Tom did his job, the car is doing it's job. Now it's time for me to do my job.

Thanks for all the comments guys... It definately isn't easy for some to launch/ drive evos. Takes a little practice and seat time. I'm sure it will all come around soon. I did a few launches this morning and I learned that if I can keep the car pointed straight and right first out a little longer, until the tires stop spinning a little, it's much easier to keep it from falling out of boost in 2nd gear.

Just takes practice man! I cant wait to get my car to the track this year. Going from a stock block hta green car to my new 2.3/hta86 should be impressive! It sounds like you are shifting really early? Maybe its just me.

What track is that in Mo?

Just work on that driving a bit and I'll be able to use your car as an example of what the VRSF FMIC can do at the track
