Stock block/head/turbo 8- 440/439@32 psi

Tune is on e85 and was done by Tamer@4ws tuning about 2 years ago.

05 Gsr
Stock longblock with hks 272/272 cams and stock springs/retainers
Megan o2/exhaust manifold
3" turbo back w/ test pipe
Hallman mbc spiking 32 psi, tapers to 26 at redline
Hks filter
FIC 1050's
Walbro 255 on stock wiring. Unmodified
Ams licp
Turbo XS 3.5" fmic

Like the title says, it made 440/439 at the spike and settled to around 400 hp and held it to redline. Car is a complete animal and traction is sketchy from a 1st gear roll now. Need to touch up the tune since I have added the fmic and o2 housing so it may make even more down the road.

Mods list? Nice power for an 8 turbo but seems kinda high. Didn't think he was still tuning evos from this thread of an unhappy customers.

Believe me, i was suprised when I saw that too but i have made a couple other pulls with the same result. This is uncorrected but was on flat ground with no bumps. The tune is from almost 2 years ago, hence the needing touched up lol. I will get the log and sheet posted when i get off work, at 3am central time lol

So your evo8 turbo holds 26PSI at redline? and makes 400WHP at over 7K. Stuff doesnt add up, maybe you have an OG green and dont know it...

These are some crazy numbers. I really haven't seen a stock turbo hold that much boost to redline. Is this a fairly aggressive tune??

Yes the tune is fairly aggressive. The car only sees a few hundred miles a year and is strictly a toy. I would post the log for you but couldnt figure out how last night. And if you dont believe its an 8 turbo i can go out and get a pic of the stamp on the cold side lol. I have never logged the boost, im just going off memory from looking at the guage, but it does hold boost much better with the new o2 housing and the main reason for the high numbers i believe is from being fairly lean and a lot of boost.
