Evo 9 stock block FP Black e85/93 inside + hybrid boost - 570WHP

Car was put on a real dyno see vd vs dj for more info here

---------------------------------------------

update: with cooler temperatures and more boost it made 600 or very close to it:

smoothing 1 = 613
smoothing 3 = 603
smoothing 5 = 602
smoothing 8 = 599
smoothing 10 = 597

======================

Just finished some tuning on this bad ****. This is a stock block evo 9 GSR residing in FL.

I converted the car to tephra v7 and noticed at first we were just using a mbc for tuning.. i suggested he try a mbc in series with a 3 port for testing aka hybrid boost.. so we routed lines for that and he was very happy how much the 3 port brought the car to life at higher rpm where the mbc fell short.

I have first hand experience now with this boost control method and it is beyond insane.. i picked up 50whp without even trying uptop without running a single psi more downlow on my personal car. after i wire in my turbo speed sensor ill really push it.

We are putting this car on a real dynojet and sharing those graphs also shortly.

Here is the mod list:

Stock Block & Head
FP Black (JB)
Kelford 272s
Toxic Fab tubular exhaust mani
MAP 3" recirc dump
FP Intake Pipe
BR Filter intake
BR 65mm TB
BR Ported Intake mani
BR Double Pumper
BR Mini Battery kit (A Real One LOL)
BR 3" TBE w/ two Magnaflows (no cat)
Forge RS BOV
Forge MBC
Grimmspeed 3 port
Precision 1200cc Injectors
Spoolin Up COP
ETS 3.8" Garrett core FMIC
ETS 2.5" Upper & Lower Piping
ARP Headstuds
Kiggly HLA pressure reg
ACT Clutch

here is the 93 oct tune:

Smoothing 3:

Smoothing 10:

And here is the e85 tune:

Smoothing 3:

Smoothing 10:

Cars on maf still.. E85 tune is at 35-37psi. below is after i removed the load/ipw caps.
boost seemed to come up a bit more.

Smoothing 1:

I'd be pretty scared with the e85 torque numbers on that stock block

its what he asked for though.. i tried to talk him out of the torque but he didn't want nothing to do with it.. lol.. he wants it where it is.

i could easily lower the tq without effecting top end to much.. i honestly think it will be fine on that torque though given the actual tune itself i know
is extremely safe cylinder pressure wise.

You worry to much. I have been running over 440 tq for over a year and beat the **** out of my car with no issues what so ever. I was higher then I was before my final #s set to 438 before that.

How do you run the vacuum lines with a grim speed and a hall man?

I'm curious about this aswell. Maybe Tom can make a writeup on this.
On topic, this car seem like it would be scary to drive. In a good way though .
