This car has a huge sheet metal intake manifold and to be honest, I've never liked the 5857 turbo as they all seem to spool later. I tuned 1 AMS 750r kit on an Evo 8 that spooled pretty good but AMS modifies the 5857 turbo I've been told by the customer who bought it and talked to them.

Glad you got to Spec Ops, they're a great crew. Matt absolutely LOVES messing with wiring nightmares, it's a treat to him, so I'm sure that made his day.

Yea the FMIC probably holding me back. Just spoke with Josh @ Spec Ops, ordered a ETS Kit 4in FMIC wit 3in piping, tail q bov, sparktech ignition, also getting their catch can installed as well. Can't wait to get it back on the road.
And yes I drove up from lejeune. No one in this area has the slightest clue on what they're doing with cars here.

Glad you purchased a proven kit, We will get all that installed for you and get the car running better than it ever was, I think you will be surprised at how much better it will run and we might even be able to squeeze a few more ponies out of it.
