TScompTuned 2.4L Built & Tuned FP Black E85 S3s vs Stock cams

Well after going to the track a few times and making 547whp on stock cams at 32-33PSI, I decided it was time to add GSC S3's to see what they can do. My best ET & MPH on the stock cams were 11.04 ET & 130.39 MPH @ 33 PSI.

Now that the S3's are in so far after driving them. They really do drive just as good as stock cams. In my old Evo 8 i had Kelford 272's and they drove 2x's worse then the S3's i now have in my Evo 9. The only thing i notice from stock to S3's is you have to rev it up a bit more to get it going move 5-10mph to stop bucking other then that they really do feel the same.

Mods: FP Black JB , E85, 3" TBE, BR 4" FMIC, Muse UICP/LICP , GSC S3's , 1550cc, BR Double Pumper, TScompTuned Built 2.4L , SD, JMFab 4" intake, Exedy Twin Disk

Here is the Stock cams vs GSC S3's "Same PSI, Timing, and A/F." Temp about the same outside and same road.

Here is my car VS Toms car

Are you still on a stock ported intake mani? I am tring to figure out why Tom makes so much more hp then you. All in all very very nice #'s and I know that things gonna haul ***.

Tom's AMS intake would be my guess as well plus tom has more fuel to work with 2150s' vs 1550's. doesn't Tom also have the stage 3 head from BR?

his cars on stock head
stock intake manifold
stock throttle body
stock ported exhaust manifold

my car has an AMS f1i intake manifold
Ported head
70mm throttle body
Toxic fab tubular exhaust manifold

no comparison..

the only thing ported on his car is the exhaust manifold.. the rest is 100% stock parts. (his o2 is buschur, his 3" tbe is buschur as well)

Oh, IDK...maybe the 4 extra psi made a difference? lol...

Plus I think Tom has an AMS IM.. With those two differences, I think OP's car is pretty damn strong all considering..

edit: looks like Tom already posted one above me.

You read my mind. This is a friggin' awesome comparison. Very excited to see how much MPH he picks up at the track.
