Jim's 499whp HTA Green
Jim brought us his very clean, one owner, 87k mile old 2003 Aspen Silver GSR for a built 2.0L, HTA Green, cams, and map switching. The car was almost 100% stock when we got it so after a little bit of work we got it into race shape. Crazy thing is it still had the stock clutch in it and it wasnt worn out completely.
Parts-
ER 2.0 Steel rod motor
9:1 Wiseco 1400HD
GSC S2 camshafts
GSC Valvesprings/Ti retainers
Forced Performance HTA Green
FIC 1050cc injectors
ETS 3.5" Intercooler kit with piping
Stock cylinder head
Stock Intake manifold
JDL O2 dump
TurboXS 3" TBE (?)
ER double pumper
Omnipower 4 bar MAP sensor
ER SD tune with map switching
Grimmspeed 3 port BCS
Competition Clutch Stage 2 street disc kit
The stock cylinder head and 9:1 seems to have held it back a little compared to a car like Luke's but for the initial break in tune I am pretty happy. The car wanted to be a little knock happy at relatively low boost on pumpgas so I didnt push it past 26psi on the 92 octane tune (390whp). Not sure what brand of fuel or how long it had been in the tank.
One thing that is interesting is even though we put a BRAND NEW unmodified MR BOV on the car it leaked past 27psi. Flipping it around real quick to check revealed it had bypassed 1.5psi or so across the pull compared to being installed correctly.

Awesome numbers, that is a really sweet setup. I hope I can get similar numbers on my setup with E85. Impossible to argue with the ludicrous power of corn juice.
