Sounds like you could have that hooked up wrong. MAP fixed it for me though so I am not sure what changes were made or how exactly its hooked up now.
Interesting, I feel like I don't have them hooked up properly and I'm having the same result.

There are numerous benefits to fixing this problem correctly. Better response and more power are two benefits.
Yeah I'm thinking I don't have it right just I can't find an answer as to how to hook them up properly. I told ETS my goals and I'd think they would of mentioned not having enough wastegate flow? I have emailed Michael and Tial about this as well.

To my knowledge is would generate 30psi but that obviously is not the case.

2x wastegats at 15psi would make 15 psi. They don't stack.

The MV-S gates have three lower ports. You need to connect one of them and plug the other two. The top ports need to be left unplugged for a basic 3-port EBC setup.

If the other 2 lower ports aren't plugged, that is your problem. 38 psi is about where 15psi wastegates top out on boost when you disconnect the lines...

Thanks, I misunderstood that.

Thanks for the info, they are NOT plugged. I'll do that and give it a shot.

So the 38-40psi his car is running is the max his spring setup would allow? Good thing it's only 15psi spring and not 20+.

I figured out the problem. The problem are the side ports on the wastegate are not blocked so it the car wants to run as much boost as possible. Once those ports are plugged the car will respond better to boost control.

But you have to remember a Dynojet runs 22.74% higher than a DynoDynamic or DynoDynamic runs 18.53% lower than a Dynojet (with regards to whp).

A) I posted that before DynoDynamics sheet was posted. (You also must remember that Dyno Dynamics, just like Mustang Dynos, can be skewed by about a million different correction factors, so saying they are an exact percentage different isn't the most accurate thing to say).

B) The 620whp was made @29psi

Good pump gas numbers on this turbo regardless!
