Who is the new owner, did he properly maintain it once he purchased it? Cant expect a 800hp 4 cylinder car to stay together unless you're **** about maintenance and periodic checks for leaks.

I do not know the new owner. My friend runs the shop and he was telling me about it. Supposedly it jumped timing only a couple days after he owned it. It will need the head rebuilt. I think the bottom end was unharmed

The valve keepers were oem I believe. The valve springs and retainers were on the car when I bought it, but I doubt they were changed. I think factory keepers are sufficient.
