Evo 8 /w Stock 9 turbo HKS 274/278 E85
I've been tuning this car for many years now. It has won a few time attack / road course events and placed 3rd last year in total time attack championship with the stock block. He decided to build the engine and run E85 now. Before it was only running on 93 and maybe 2 or 3 bolt ons. almost 100% stock.
It is an evo 8 JDM /w an evo 6 gearbox.
The car is located in Sweden
Mods:
Built 2.0L 9.0:1 manley pistons/h-beam rods
hks 274/278 with hks springs
evo 9 turbo
fic 1250cc
modded walbro 255 /w rewire kit
3" exhaust with uprated elbow
3 port BCS
ported stock intake and exhaust mani
tial Q bov
Tephra v7 SD /w ecuboost
Two different boost pressures / tune calibrations on E85.
Red graph is to see what we could push out of it at high but not to high of boost (33psi):
Green graph is what will be ran on the road course with a more tuned down result: (Possibly lowered to 28psi before that as well)
Before & After overlay: (Wastegate issue on the overlay from before but that's all i have from before to share sorry. Normally you should see 24-25psi by 3000-3400RPM in 3rd) (Before the car was almost 100% bone stock). Just intake / exhaust & SD conversion.
