Evo IX Bolt Ons and E85 - UPDATED RESULTS/MODS

So i converted my car over to E85 in sep of 2013. Ive since added several more bolt ons than i started with.

Made 398/380 last time i dynoed then found out my stock BOV was leaking. Even on this same tune i ran 11.5 @ 118.

So i added a new BOV before my winter tune. It initially spiked really high boost (35 psi) because the WG has so much preload on it from before (preload didnt make a difference before because the stock bov was leaking so bad

So with the new Synapse BOV, the first 2 dyno pulls the car was peaking at 34-35 psi just because it wasnt tuned for the non leaky bov yet. The last pull we got the boost dropped down to 31 psi tapering to 27 at redline.

Mods are:
Stock block (almost 96k miles)
Stock cams
Stock turbo
ARP head studs
FIC 1120cc injectors
GS 3 port EBCS
Walbro 255
Buschur FMIC
Muse short route UICP
Nisei LICP
Synapse BOV
Intake (Stock MAF)
TBE w/ o2 dump

We dropped the torque down to 425 ft/lbs (Don't want to make a window in my block) Cars feels really well overall!!! Tuning was done by WINGZ PERFORMANCE in Chandler, AZ

NOTICE: THE FIRST PULL WAS THE GREEN LINE. BLUE LINE WAS THE LAST PULL. The run files got swapped around somehow.

Here is the dyno chart:

Very true. Plus it seems like to me that stock engines last longer when tuned on e85 vs 91-93 even when they are making more power.

That power band you have looks perfect for a street car. Must be a blast to drive. I'm jealous lol. Any pics of the car?

Did Phuong set you up with dual maps or are you still just rocking the E85 map?

2.3 with stock turbo must be a fun set up! And yeah I wasn't initially looking to make a lot of torque, it just ended up that way since my WG had a lot of preload in it making it spike higher boost. We dropped the peak down to 31. I'd rather stay on the safe side somewhat.

Those are outstanding numbers. Good to see Phuong can do that with all stock cams, block and turbo. It's numbers like these that keep me on team Evo lol

Yep! And it's crazy how much power I was restricting with the stock BOV. I did not expect over 400 lol I expected somewhere around what I made before (398/380)
