Maybe as it gets older with 100k on the clock.
It's either that or waste it's potential at a drag strip

The cars are built to accelerate, turn, and brake well. We're just letting them stretch their legs.

T-cases surviving are just a bonus. hehe

I bought mine a month before it got on California shores. I just paid for it's first timing belt change (& major tune up) last month at 56k miles. This Sunday will be my 2nd time at the track. So it's still a baby.

I may start stretching its legs more in the coming years. I remain a noob 11 years into owning my IX.

Ooooh. You are DEFINITELY missing out, if you're into that kinda thing. It's an amazing performer, even stock.
I'll be holding onto mine for as long as possible. I can't think of a car I'd rather track (that I can afford lol).
be careful, though. You may be addicted.

I'll keep an eye out for an Evo day at Fontana. I've been busy with work and life, but my son is old enough to tag along now.

Up until about a month ago, I rarely came on this site after I bought my car. No, I just leave a window open with this site. Lol

ABSOLUTELY!

I'm trying to find out more about Evoscan but I don't think it was ever completed. Looked up Dashcommand too, but not much info for Evo 9s.

We all use EvoScan. Never heard of Dashcommand, though.

From what I can find, EvoScan still isn't complete. Has all the bugs been worked out? What I saw appears to be abandoned by the guy putting it together.
