Been out of the game for a long time. What is the big difference between the BBK-3B and the BBK Full? Recently picked up a 8 with a BBK full and have been going back and forth between getting S2 or S3 cams for it. This is the closest discussion I could find on it.

Stick with the S1's as 94awdcoupe said. You're just going to lose bottom end and not really gain much top end on the small bbk full.

This cars actually at the shop right now getting a full rebuild performed. So we will see what it does once it has stronger internals.
Its getting a 2.3L with manley/wiseco combination with billet crank/rods, etc.
Its a good thing he decided on the build at the time he did, because his balance shaft belt was shriveled to nothing & snapped in half.
Here's a pick of the bare block before we prep it for building:
and here's the carnage we found upon disassembly of his stock block: (He drove the car from CT to our shop in PA like this (5hr+ drive)
He is selling his pistons/rods from the stock block so if anyone needs low mileage stock pistons/rods to bring back a stock block let me know. The crank we buy off the customer, so that's not for sale.
Ultimately speaking, id like to ditch the meth injection entirely on this setup and just have the customer mix his own ethanol content by dumping ethanol in the tank for more power with the FiTronic system installed, but I'm not sure he can get access to E85 for this, but I am still speaking to him about a full on solution still.
