BR 2.0LR / PTE 6766 / AMS F1i / GSC S3 / Cali 91oct + meth

Last minute we decided to put a meth kit on this car due to it having a "knock" issue, which turned out to be just a loose knock sensor, which I diagnosed for the customer and he was then able to torque / tighten it back to spec.

This cars using California 91oct + 1000cc of methanol injection. I didn't want to lean on the car to hard, since I dont like relying heavily on meth kits like that, so we left power on the table here.

The 91oct + meth is just a primary map, the vehicle will be raced most of the time on a high octane race fuel that we have not tuned yet.

The car was fully built by SDK motorsports. This shops a pleasure to work with, and I can tell the owners love what they do. We have some other projects we are completing as well with large setups.

The mods on this car are:

BR 2.0LR 10:1 comp
PTE 6766 T3 .83ar
MAP Tubular Exhaust Manifold
SDK Ported Head / MAP Valves (stock size) / 3 angle valve job
GSC S3 Cams / GSC Springs/Seats/Titanium Retainers
H11 Head stud Kit
3" Full Exhaust
AMS F1i Intake Manifold /w 75mm Boomba TB
SDK 4" Intake
Tial 44mm WGA / Tial 50mm Bov
ETS 4" FMIC
Buschur Double pumper
AMS Fuel Rail / -6 Feed
FIC 2150cc Injectors
Fuelab Adjustable FPR
Spoolinup COP Kit
AEM Adjustable Cam Gears
AEM Meth injection kit / single 1000cc nozzle
Quartermasters Twindisk Clutch
RRE GM 3port
Tephra v7 Speed density /w ecuboost

I am not sure what hes going to use yet. you are correct, the seals will swell up with a lot of race fuels making the injectors flow less then what they should be capable of.

They work fine with anything except oxygenated fuels. So c16 is fine. Just no q16 or VP import.

We will share those also. I will update the thread with the C16 results when we tune it and get the numbers.

That turbo is disgustingly laggy. Gotta feel horrible driving the car around when not racing it. You could make the same power with a 6466 on pump sooner, and the car would feel better.

Yes it is laggy I agree. The 6766 is always laggy. Ya the 6466 has a lot better spool and isn't to far behind the 6766. The 6466 is one of precisions best turbo's in its class.

Anytime you see 2.0L with S3 cams and a bigger turbo, its going to push the power to the right a lot.
