FP Green HTA 73 with built 2.3 block 93 octane
Hey guys!
Been a long time time EvoM member, never posted as much but I'm always on reading and trying to keep up.
This has been a long time coming. From finding little issues to engine rebuild to moving car from USVI to TX, its finally complete!
I gotta thank Christian my tuner at Pure Drive Performance getting my car to drive smoothly as a daily driver and still make a lot of power when needed.
I know someone will say that the power looks low but in actuality its actually a lot considering I'm only running 16 pounds!
I'm limited to this boost level because of my decision to go with 10.5:1 pistons, I wanted a fast responding street car and I got exactly that. Car was tuned at one point to ~380WHP on stock block but to me the FP Green felt no where close to the response the stock turbo had, which is why I went with the stroked engine.
I did have a Muse O2 dump but had to take it off after we discovered it was causing boost creep.
Just wanted to share with everyone, later I'll go to E85, should be an easy extra 100 WHP I would think
I don't know, the number seems to be misleading to me, I had the opportunity to floor it through all gears and the cars just pulls! I see what the numbers say but my butt tells me different lol!

Man, 10.5:1 really kills the pump gas numbers. My car made that on a 9 turbo with your bolt-ons and cams on pump gas. Get some E85 in that beast. You'll easily see at least 500whp.

I read a post from a member claiming it didn't make a difference and went into detail as to why it's ok to go ahead with the high compression and still make the power!
Yeah I guess I shouldn't have believed everything I read on the internet lol!
We did make 420Whp at only 20 pounds but knock became an issue.
