Wanted to update this thread. I know a few of you were commenting on how much was left in this setup. My tuner fixed a few boost leaks and threw it back on the dyno. This time much better #s at lower boost levels.
Originally car made 441/382 on 93 and 475/408 on e85.. both at 29psi.
Now, the car made 455/379 on 93 and 506/402 on e85.. now at 27psi!
These are dynojet #s.

Nice!
Is the car speed density? Did you end up changing plugs?

Great numbers. Make that switch to speed density, it'll drive a decent bit better.

Thanks guys.
Speed density will happen very soon! When driving in low gear when its borderline going into boost (vacuum hitting 0) it almost feels like its hesitating then if i hit the gas a little more it jumps into boost. Speed density smooths that out if I am understanding right? Hopefully what I'm trying to say sounds clear.. lol

Just wondering why you went with the 18psi actuator and not the 25psi or 28psi, since you're running well above 18?
I have similar mods, but more...
FP BLACK JB, stock bottom end, kelford 272s, 548whp/433ft/lbs @ 30psi, on pump e85.
460whp on pump @ 26psi....
Nice job. Car looks great!

Figured I'd post up my results. Just got back from tuner.
29psi car made 441/382 on 93 and 475/408 on e85.
All performance mods:
-Buschur Style Intake Pipe w/ Amsoil Filter
-TurboSmart Dual Port BOV
-Forced Performance Race Manifold
-Forced Performance Red BB Turbo (Ported)
-Forced Performance 18psi Wastegate
-XS Power O2 dump
-AMS FMIC
-Muse Short Route UICP
-AMS LICP
-Muse Mini Battery Tray
-Kelford 272 Cams
-SpoolinUP COP Kit
-AEM 320LPH Fuel Pump w/ STM Rewire Kit
-1200cc Precision Injectors
-ARP Head Studs
-HKS Downpipe
-TurboXS Catback w/ Test Pipe
Kasey Harris out of Hickory, NC tuned it. Has tuned my car twice now along with some minor work and has been awesome as well as reasonable. Super cool dude and definitely recommend him to anyone in the area! He just opened up his on shop called Dyno Time Speed Works. I think they have a facebook page.

My .02
Using the 18psi actuator is a bit more pump gas friendly. With proper preload and boost control I was able to make over 500whp on one at 30psi with that turbo on my stock engine.
Also, the stiffer actuators are more coarse and boost control isn't as close. The last thing you want is over boosting on spool up and exceeding the factory block torque limits worst case scenario. Now the stiffer actuators hold boost better out the top Ethanol should be used .

Stock location turbo's on the CT9a do very well. They are definitely a great option.

I’m having the same build and mod list as you and gotta say that I’m excited with the numbers you made. I’m hoping mine comes close to that. Also what size rpf1 are those and did you have to do any rolling or pulling of fenders? Any spacers? What size tires? Your car looks sick!!! Nice job!
