Are you out of fuel injector capacity? 1200cc sounds too small for a Green on E85.

If he's still on a factory regulator then yea that sounds about right for 475whp @33psi.

Looks like a fun combination. Congrats.

What actuator is on it? Is the car an evo 8?

18 psi WG, could probably use an upgrade.

Not yet! I don't know what the duty cycle is but I'll find out shortly.

I had RC1200 (which are 1090cc@43.5 psi) and was hitting 100% IDC making 460 on dynapack. Even at true 1200cc, you should be really close to 100% IDC too.

When you say old school, I think OG 5 blade green. The HTA is a 7 blade compressor. Can you confirm which one you have?

18psi is a good pump gas friendly actuator , but if you are going to run E85 more often a stiffer spring may help spool up (if the door is cracking now) and it will carry more power. When I went from the 18psi to 25psi actuator on my built engine it picked up in both areas nicely , but boost control was a little harder to dial in.

It looked like it came in a bit late. It will most likely take more boost/power at low rpm but that is harder on the driveline. Either way, it looks like a lot of fun.

I'm sure it probably is right there then, I'll figure out exact #s in a few hours and will update.

Thanks, I'll have do some more breaking in but excited to have finished the build. I'll certainly do some tweaks and fine tuning down the road like upgrade the WG, regulator, new injectors, etc.

Do you know how much you picked up switching to the 25 Psi WGA?

your boost will hold better with 25psi WGA. So it will depend on how much crack pressure leak you have. So where you were leaking, you will have more boost on intake side.
You are brave to run 26 psi boost on 91 octane ****.
I asked for a safe tune, so tuner set my boost to 22 psi with little spikes to 23psi.

Haha, yeah but fortunately it's only for emergencies. Only have 91 where I'm at. I'll pretty much exclusively run E85.
