I have the same combo in my head. GSC valve stems, 5041 springs & retainers, S2 cams, and oversized GSC valves. But I've been under 8500rpm. I don't notice any blue smoke yet but I'll be checking often.

Tuner sent me videos of the first startup and it’s running smooth so far! No weird noises or smoke. Won’t let me upload the videos here for some reason

Tune date is set for next Thursday

Pretty satisfied with what the results were today. Left it around 38psi.

727whp / 510ft-lbs

Car is still unported head, stock intake manifold, and stock throttle body. My tuner def recommended Cnc porting the head and he also recommended stepping up to s3 billet cams. He thinks I’d have hit 750 at this boost level with those additions.

The car pulls like a freight train though. Before leaving the shop, Kasey had me take him down the street to check how it drove and from a 40 roll it spun all 4 for a split second in 2nd gear.

Got home and my odyssey pc680 battery took a crap. So can’t even drive it until new one comes in...

anyways, hoping this turns out to be a good investment! I’ll be happy as long as I get a 9 sec pass

Needs a manifold, head and S3's. Then it'll carry power past 9k. A manifold and just S3's (or Kelford 280's) would probably pick up 50hp with the stock head.

Wow, that's a lot of power at only 38 psi boost! What was your IDC at? 60-70%?

The Precision Gen2 6466 does work. I've seen them make 800whp on more complete builds (Magnus IM, ported head, S3 cams, etc) at about the same boost (37-38psi).

Awesome #’s man , you should be good with that engine as Raif from RRT builds a solid one.

1/8 mile testing tomorrow. will have some slips for you guys. making sure everything is running right for the 1/4 mile in a few weeks.

Quick question - is 16* timing considered aggressive for a built motor?

E85 acceptable range... pump gas I'd say yes too aggressive. Good luck at the track, love the build!

At what RPM? FOr the boost you're running, that's fine once its past 7500 or 8k.

Well the car trapped 111.8mph in the 1/8 last night. Best E/T was 6.7. Running out of 3rd gear before running through the trap and traction was a little bit of an issue last night. But I’m confident it’ll go 9s in a couple weeks at the 1/4.

If you're looking at the 4.11 final drive then I would recommend getting a small brake kit and running a 24.5" slick on a 15" rims. Tire will work better with the gear that the 4.11 final drive produces and will be even easier on drivetrain than the 26" qtps are. Personally with you being a standard 2.0 though I would just leave the stock final drive and do an ultimate ratio trans. The 4.11 final drive in my opinion is better suited for stroker motors than 2.0s.
