Power levels so far/shed built.
2.0L forged.(blueprinted). Self built.
Custom fuel system-self made.
1260cc injectors.
Adj FPR.
Upgraded fuel rail.
MAP ported stock inlet mani, (ported some more and re-cut and welded by me).
Boomba 75mm t/b.
Ported head /blended chambers /lightly polished by me. Bigger valves/new guides/ resurfaced to my spec by a local machine shop. Upgraded springs with Ti retainers and seats.
Custom turbo (6868).
Custom downpipe( fabricated by me helped by a friend).
Custom exhaust system-self fabrication.
Log type manifold, ported and modified by me.
Custom external setup with hood screamer, again self fabrication.
Self made COP.
Self made intake pipe.
R34 gtr 4,5"- 3"inlet/exit /tube and fin type /max fin/cm ratio/
excellent heat disperse/exchange capacity.
Custom made intercooler piping-self made.
Larger oil cooler setup.
Custom work on gearbox-self made ( 6 speed).
(The work on the box was done in 2005)
Custom mapping also done by me.

I just wanted to clarify that the fuel used here is a new pump station 100oct race gas fuel ( aprox.102 ron), it is a racing formula blend by a local fuel brand. This blend has a much higher calorific value and % density than ethanol and by my testing it can take at least the same amount of timing as pump e-85 at the same boost. The advantage with e-85 is that it includes in its bio-molecular chain the oxygen molecule which allows for much more fuel to be added and thus density overcomes the lower calorific value.

Thanks mate, well it seems that it does, it also seems it is a bit more than 100 ron, around 102ron, as there was an older version of this 100 oct by the same fuel brand, but it was not signified as a racing formula blend, this one is and it is as such in pragmatic application also as it can take 4-5 degrees more timing at the same boost than the older version of it. Also dyno results are higher than before showing that it has higher density and calorific value.
