What kind of clutch are you using?
Balance shafts retained or removed?

I'm going to have to get a boost controller that is closed loop so it can push the WGDC on the topend because all I can seem to get at 7500rpm is ~32psi. I can make the car initially spike higher, but I get some 2 counts and the boost still tapers to ~32psi towards redline. It may be that I am getting close to the choke line, but can't tell without running 100% WGDC or hooking up the speed sensor.

are you running meth or anything to help the pump gas with over 30 psi? I would love to run this boost with 93 octane, but in the summer i would think the extra heat would start to create some knock.

No, just straight 93 Shell pump gas. On the old 10:1 2L motor I didn't have issue running this boost on 90+F days, but my intercooler keeps IAT within 20F of ambient.

With a cat and no EMAP being logged it is hard to say. I have found I can tell more from that than the shaft speed half the time.
