Thanks to Curt for the killer engine
Thanks to Walker @ MPFab for the killer merge collector and guidance
I would like to thank myself for the fabrication
You can reference my build at the link below...
BW S362 SX-E TwinScroll Project
I was able to make two runs and increased timing from run 1 to run 2, but didn't pick up too much power so I saved the 3rd run for seeing how much power the VAREX muffler made with the valve closed.
Here is the result of the second pass on the dyno and all runs were done in 3rd gear.
Here is the log from the dyno run above
With this larger turbine wheel the dyno does not generate as much load as with the car on the street so I was seeing a 200rpm increase in lag vs what i always see on the street. Below is a generic log of a street pass (red) vs the dyno pass (blue) from a spool perspective.
I saved the 3rd pass to close the valve on the VAREX muffler to see how much power it would make. Below is the dyno graph comparison as well as the boost log comparison for Run 2 vs Run 3. I did not change any setting and the reduction in boost is caused by the exhaust being so restrictive. I cut it off at ~6000rpm because no point in going further with the run since I only wanted to get a feel for how much it killed power.
Finally, here are the videos of Run 2 vs Run 3, which is Varex Muffler Open vs Closed. Like I said in my build thread, car sounds like a prop plane.

Thanks! Curt said he has builds requested, but I apparently got the last Eagle 93mm crank and they have been on back order since It is definitely fun to drive and it pulls hard, but 600hp@wheels in an EVO jamming gears is pretty obnoxious on the street. My GTR makes 706@wheels on 93pump, but feels much more tame in comparison.

Correct, the cranks are currently unobtanium lol. Mine is supposed to arrive on in the next week or so but we'll see. I just had CB do my top end as well and I am looking forward to getting mine together after seeing this and your sxe build post. I would like to do a BW down the road but for now it will be a ported FP manifold and a 25g from Turbo Lab I got a good deal on. I also plan on running the R2 camshafts. Biggest thing I'll be doing different is running a 153mm rod. Are you still stock final drive? Thanks for taking time to post all this build in detail. Much appreciated.

Great pump gas numbers and project. Any plans to tune this setup on race gas or mild E-mix to see where the turbo will go to ?
The 1.25" runners really help wake turbos with a large turbine wheel and housing combo (like Holset and BW) up. I've used the same on all my Holset setups and get GT/PTE type response from them on most applications.
