Fast_Freddie's FP Red VDR plot...
2 Attachment(s)
92 Oct pump, Boost set at 26 PSI and I let off at 7800 still holding 23/24 PSI... This is an R/TErnie street tune BTW. I got the turbo Friday, and R/TErnie and I installed it on Friday, tuned a bit on Friday night, and finished the tune Sunday.

nice numbers

Nice numbers Fred. I like the hard climb at 6800 :D
|
Looks like its still pulling hard on the top end, was there a reason for letting off?
|
You gotta rev it out a little past where you want the dyno plot to end, otherwise you get those weird upswings. As a result your peak power might be slightly overstated and in fact be more like 380. Try revving it to 7800 and then set the max rpm setting to 7200 or so and see how it looks then, doesn't make sense for there to be a huge upshift @7000 like that.
Still great power for only pump gas. |
Is that normal for torque to keep climbing 700 rpm after you hit full boost?

nice. congrats

evoM mode is within 5whp of iveytunes dyno, id say evom mode is more of a dynojet bench then vdr's dynojet numbers. whats your BR numbers? lol mine were 414/404
nice numbers none the less. put some e85 or e70 in there and bump the timing up and you'll smile even more, the tq makes a huge difference once its around 440~ |
^ he is on stock motor so he wont be pushing it to 440+tq and he also doesn't have the ability to run E85.

Solid work. Can you post a graph of actual boost and WGDC?
|
That climb at the end of the HP curve looks "unnatural".
Try adjusting the "Max RPM trim". Thats why its there. |
