Dude, that is insane!! I am wondering right now what is the record max HP and tq on a stock turbo, stock block Evo(no NOS).

Jake here at ER did 438/384. I did 434/399, both cars were on E85. If you count ported head I think Al had one do 453. Other than that the only one I can think of is a guy named Alex made 449 but we havent verified if he actually had a stock turbo on the car at the time as claimed.

Highest on our Mustang so far is 404whp/403wtq, stock motor, E85. No idea what that would equate to on a dynojet though.
