I'm going to run an Optima Yellow top once I get all my components picked out. They're usually the best batteries for car stereos...most custom car stereos run them.

i am using the stock battery with a 2.4 farad capcitor. i have had the car for over 3 years and i am running a 650 watt 4-channel amp for the speakers and a 1000 watt mono amp for the subs. i also have a power inverter running off of the battery powering a dvd player and an xbox. i have had no power problems and my lights dont even dim.
