i know i am bringing this back from the dead, but, if you have a new keyless entry remote, the programming works the same way
Lock (Press and Hold 4-10 seconds)
Unlock (Tap during the 4-10 seconds)
Release both Lock and Unlock after you "tap" unlock.
?
