Hi...Does anyone know how easy it will be to fit a new double din into an evo 8. presently i have a single din with the heater controls underneath. I have purchased a double din surround and the heater controls that fit under the dash, I have the wires witht he under neath ac unit but was wondering how to connect the new heater controls up - and what other issues I need to consider for fitting the doube din in?

on the back of the HVAC unit there is one electric plug (for fan control) and there are two metal cables that conect the heat and position of fan to the core behind the dash. it is very easy to unhook and re hook it up lower. search the how tos for "orbital install" and follow that.
