My resistor has gone bad and I only have heat/AC on "4" so I need to switch out the whole climate control unit. Has anyone replaced theirs before that can provide some insight.

 

I havn't taken mine out fully but I have pulled the panel and looked behind it... It shouldn't be too hard. The hardest part will be pulling the bowden cables off the back and putting them back on. lemme know if you end up doing it and need some help... Ill see what I can help you with.

 

Just remove the front face plate, there are a couple connectors in the back. It really shouldn't be too difficult. No more difficult that say a front bumper swap? Lol
