anyone have polk speakers??
looking to purchase the polk db6501 and db651 or mm651
The polk db6501 is a component speaker and on crutchfield is saying they will only fit in the rear deck? anyone running these in the front pockets? or can anyone look at the dimensions and explain to me why these will not fit?
db651 is a regular 6.5 inch 2 way for the rear deck and crutchfield says these wont fit
the mm651 are also regular 6.5's for the rear deck also wont fit?
still deciding between the mm and db series

The MM651 will fit in the rear deck without covering the speakers with bracket. The speaker bracket in rear deck touches the speakers in my case with the spacers. So what I did is stick the speakers directly on the metal instead of mounting them and drilling holes. But yeah MM651 did fit in my car after some modification.
