i installed my aeo uego wideband and i realize that everytime i let go of the gas pedal the digital gauge meter would go all the way to the left(green) then all the way to the right (red) and then have 4 red dash in the middle ( like this ----) and then display thr numbers again. now is it normal? because it does so sometimes when i shift gears too (letting go of gas pedal)

OP: it's not out of normal that you see that. What you should only care about is what it shows during WOT. :}
