Anyone know the MR shift knob's opening diameter?
 

Wondering if anyone with an MR can see what the diameter and depth of the opening hole is in their stock shift knob.
From what I have read the MR has reverse lockout which needs a larger opening to be able to pull the reverse lock-out into the shift knob.
I want to see if my current model works for that or not and if not what size I would have to make to be able to work with them.

These should fit the MR models. Had a customer purchase and install it in their evo with reverse lockout.
