Sunroof won't budge
 

I followed the guide, took sunroof apart, motor off, etc. The motor won't move it, and no matter how much force I use I can't get it to budge. I tried manually moving the tracks with a screwdriver, laying on the roof and pulling it, pushing it from the inside, etc. I can't find anything about having it stuck like this. It's about half way open.
