Evo 9 oem A Pillar Tweeter questions

Non-ssl stereo. Im going to upgrade the stock speakers front and rear. Nothing too crazy, just some budget speakers. Id like to use the stock a pillar tweeter location for a pair of simple components.

How is the wiring implemented for the stock tweeter? Are they wired to the door midbass woofer? Or is there an inline bass blocker/crossover and if so where is it? Or they might be wired to the deck and is signal processed from there? And lastly what limitations on size might i have for mounting?

Bump! Nobody? Someone has to know where the factory splice is located for the door woofer and pillar tweeter!

The crossover is internal to the factory tweeter. I just ran new wires from my aftermarket crossover to the aftermarket tweeter.

The bass blocker probaly is. I was wondering where the splice was in the factory wiring as labeled in the wiring diagram.

Its been a real long time, but I'm pretty sure it was in the kick panel area.
