How much power can be made safely (around 85% duty cycle) on the stock 550cc injectors? Please use flywheel horsepower numbers since awd dynos are so varied.

 

400 FWHP. Maybe 405. 315-330 AWHP. That's 85%.

I ran 114 mph in my galant with stock evo injectors. Based on weight calculations, I was making about 420 crank hp or so. Not sure what the duty cycle was though as the datalogger was not working at all. Probibly pretty wide open though. Id say at 85%, 400 crank hp is a reasonable number.
